Iris Chang Yoga

Iris is a vinyasa yoga teacher grounded in the style of Ashtanga and inspired by movement meditation.


She brings elements from her mindfulness and authentic movement training into her practice and teaching.


Having worked in the corporate world for the last 10 years, Iris found balance and wellbeing through yoga and meditation. She is passionate about sharing the benefits and philosophy of yoga, supporting others to connect with themselves more deeply and finding freedom within the yoga practice.
